About the Role: -
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Jaipur. This opportunity is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service, E-commerce, Hospitality, Retention, Collections, Recovery, or Upselling processes will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance objectives.
Eligibility Criteria: -
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO, Customer Support will be preferred.
- Experience in Hospitality, E-commerce, Customer Service, Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Salary: -
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
