Gnani.AI is seeking an experienced Creative Designer to own visual communication across the company's most important marketing and sales channels. You will be the primary designer responsible for producing enterprise-grade presentation decks, short-form video content, and social media creatives that communicate our Voice AI products to CXOs, enterprise buyers, developers, and investors.
This is a high-ownership role — you will work directly with the CMO, VP of Product Marketing, and founders on assets that appear in board meetings, sales pitches, and public campaigns. The right candidate is a versatile visual storyteller with a strong command of brand identity, motion, and multi-format content production.
- Not a UX/UI Design Role: This is a Visual/Creative Designer role focused on brand communication and marketing assets — NOT a UX, product design, or interaction design role. If your portfolio is primarily wireframes, user flows, prototypes, or app interface design, this role is not the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the design of presentation decks for sales, investor relations, product launches, and customer-facing use cases — setting and maintaining the standard for brand quality.• Lead short-form video content production: explainer videos, product demos, testimonial cuts, and event recap videos for LinkedIn and YouTube.• Drive social media creative output for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram — campaign graphics, stat cards, quote creatives, thought leadership visuals, and event promotions.• Translate marketing and PMM briefs into compelling visual narratives — independently and at speed.• Build and own Gnani.AI's visual design system: master templates, icon sets, illustration assets, brand colour palette, and typography standards.• Design digital campaign assets: landing page visuals, email banners, digital ad creatives, and co-branded materials.• Create infographics that make complex AI concepts, product workflows, and market data accessible to executive buyers.• Manage multiple design tracks simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.• Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted design tools to increase throughput without sacrificing brand quality.• Mentor junior design resources or interns as the team scales.
Required Skills & Background
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or creative content production in a brand, agency, or marketing context.• Expert-level proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for visual and marketing asset production — NOT UX or product design.• Proven ability to produce executive-quality presentation decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.• Solid video editing skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve — ability to deliver polished short-form video end-to-end.• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and brand systems.• Strong portfolio spanning at least 2 of the 3 core formats: decks, video, and social media creatives.• Experience working directly with marketing or PMM stakeholders — translating briefs into final assets with minimal back-and-forth.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing marketing assets for a B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology company.• Motion graphics proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Jitter, or similar tools.• Strong grasp of social media platform requirements and best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika).• Understanding of the Voice AI, conversational AI, or enterprise tech space.• Experience building or managing a visual design library or brand asset system.• Prior experience at a high-growth startup or creative agency working across brand, campaigns, and content.
