- Operational Management: Oversee daily F&B operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards.
- Financial Control: Manage budgets, control food and labor costs (COGS), and maximize profitability.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and enhance satisfaction to drive repeat business.
