Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in plumbing systems, pipe fitting, sanitary installations,
water supply, and drainage systems.
Conduct hands-on training on plumbing tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Ensure trainees acquire industry-relevant technical skills as per the curriculum.
Assess trainee performance through practical demonstrations, assignments, and evaluations.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and workshop inventories.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and training protocols.
Coordinate with industry partners and employers for trainee exposure and placement
opportunities.
Support trainees in skill development, certification, and employability enhancement.
Ability to manage workshops, training materials, and practical sessions effectively.
Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
