Must Have:
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning.
Proven experience in providing L1/L2 production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and functional troubleshooting across Oracle HCM processes.
Strong understanding of Fusion Setup Manager (FSM) configurations, business process configurations, and BPM workflow management.
Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessment, regression validation, and business readiness activities.
Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting to support operational and business reporting requirements.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent reviews, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
Experience supporting and coordinating integrations using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between HCM, Payroll, and downstream enterprise applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, with primary focus on ORC (Recruiting Cloud) and Talent Management modules.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues raised by business users while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and support processes.
Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement activities across recruiting, performance management, goal management, career development, and succession planning processes.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and support continuous process improvements.
Manage and maintain FSM configurations, BPM workflows, and security setups to support evolving business requirements.
Perform impact assessments and validation activities for Oracle quarterly releases and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and support HCM Extracts, OTBI analyses, and BI Publisher reports to meet operational and management reporting needs.
Coordinate with integration teams to monitor and support data flows between Oracle HCM, payroll systems, and downstream applications using REST APIs and OIC.
Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and process reliability across HCM modules.
Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, an d user guidance materials while contributing to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
