Job Title: FMS Desktop Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled FMS Desktop Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote desktop support to end users
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Handle basic network issues (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, connectivity)
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and password resets
- Install and update antivirus and security patches
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets as per SLA
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (preferred)
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
