Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality education, creating an engaging classroom environment, and supporting the academic and overall development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Create a positive, engaging, and student-focused learning environment.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate academic records and prepare progress reports.
- Manage classroom discipline and encourage positive student behaviour.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into classroom instruction.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, training programmes, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred/mandatory.
- Previous teaching experience in a secondary school is preferred.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
