Job Title: Administrative Executive / Office Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company documents, managing email communications, maintaining records, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and manage company documents and records.
- Draft, send, and reply to emails professionally and promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as required.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper management of company information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of email etiquette and document management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in administration or office management preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
Salary: As per qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
