Job Summary
We are looking for an Export Operations Executive to manage and optimize end-to-end international logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing international freight, customs compliance, and ensuring operational excellence across global trade lanes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end international logistics operations including exports and cross-border shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents
- Ensure timely execution of shipments while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor shipment performance, transit times, and delivery schedules
- Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements with logistics partners
- Resolve shipment delays, operational issues, and customer queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports
- Work closely with internal teams and overseas partners for smooth logistics coordination
Requirements
- Experience in export operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- Experience in global trade lanes and cross-border operations preferred
