Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Python Developer to join our team. This entry-level role is exclusively for freshers with academic, internship, or project-based experience in Python, data processing, and working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. You will assist in building scalable data pipelines, managing data flows, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
· Work with NoSQL databases to store and retrieve structured/unstructured data. Having experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
· Assist in designing efficient data models and workflows for performance and scalability.
· Support data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes.
· Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to fulfil business data requirements.
· Document data processes, pipelines, and models for internal use.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
· Strong foundation in Python programming and scripting.
· Hands-on experience (academic/internship/project) with:
o NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.)
o Expertise in handling XLS and CSV data formats including reading, writing, processing, and validating data.
o Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and XML.
o Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database design principles.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Good communication and teamwork abilities.
