- Data Entry & Documentation: Updating and maintaining accurate physical and digital files using CRM software and MS Office.
- Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, organizing internal meetings, and managing daily office correspondence.
- Financial Processing: Assisting with billing, recording petty expenses, and processing company invoices.
- Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels, ordering necessary office supplies, and liaising with vendors.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Bridging the gap between management, front office staff, and sales teams to facilitate workflow.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
