Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Embeddings, Enterprise Integrations, REST APIs, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure SQL, Entra ID, RBAC, AI Governance, Agent Orchestration, Custom Connectors, Plugins, Data Ingestion Workflows.
Role Summary
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and high-impact use cases.
- Define problem statements, objectives, expected outcomes, and success metrics.
- Conduct technical and business feasibility assessments for proposed AI solutions.
- Design and develop intelligent Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Implement autonomous planning, multi-turn conversations, memory management, and tool/function calling capabilities.
- Build end-to-end orchestration workflows including triggers, branching, grounding, and tool handoffs.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from APIs, databases, file systems, and enterprise applications.
- Build custom connectors, plugins, and actions for seamless integrations.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with:REST APIs,Dataverse,Dynamics 365,SharePoint,Azure SQL
- Internal enterprise systems
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Utilize embeddings, vector databases/indexes, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Optimize prompt engineering for improved accuracy, consistency, and cost efficiency.
- Configure system prompts, guardrails, policies, and content filtering mechanisms.
- Implement security controls using Entra ID and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Ensure governance, compliance, and lifecycle management of deployed copilots.
- Monitor and optimize Copilot performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Improve grounding strategies and knowledge retrieval accuracy.
- Support continuous enhancement of AI agent capabilities
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi, Delhi
