Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide support for critical business applications.
- Triage issues reported by system users and drive resolution.
- Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams and vendors.
- Work with application architects, developers, QA, and other technical team members to drive successful technical solutions.
- Assists in systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
- Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of pharmacy systems.
- Defines scope, objectives and coordinates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
- Function as a liaison between IT and business users.
- Demonstrate both business and technical expertise.
- Communicates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel.
- Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.
- Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
- Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
- In depth knowledge of tools utilized - Jira, Confluence.
- In depth Knowledge on Data base and SQL.
- Should have work experience in DWH/Data Lake applications.
- Experience in designing, building, and supporting the components of data warehouse, such as ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments.
- Identifies and documents all requirements for both new and current data warehouse components and reports by working with end users.
QUALIFICATION
EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience of work experience in Data warehouse or Data Lake applications
- 6+ years of experience in SQL, ability to build complex queries.
- 6+ years of experience with Strong analytical skills and advanced SQL knowledge, indexing, query optimization techniques.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in a system analyst role.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Good understanding of business and operational processes.
- Capable of Problem / issue resolution, capable of thinking out of the box.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare Industry preferred.
- Prior experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management systems preferred.
