At AbleMinds, we are building a nurturing, structured, and empowering environment for children with diverse learning needs. We are looking for a passionate Special Educator who believes in individualized learning and holistic child development.
Role Overview
You will work closely with children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other learning differences, helping them achieve academic, social, and functional independence through structured and personalized teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions
- Adapt curriculum based on each child’s needs
- Work collaboratively with therapists (OT, Speech, Psychologists)
- Maintain progress reports and documentation
- Guide parents and provide home strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Special Education (RCI Registered preferred)
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and child-centric approach
