About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychological Counsellor to join our IVF team in Tirupati. The ideal candidate will provide psychological support and counselling to patients undergoing fertility treatments, helping them navigate the emotional challenges associated with their fertility journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counselling and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, and related procedures.
Assess patients' mental and emotional well-being before and during treatment.
Guide patients in stress management, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.
Collaborate with fertility specialists, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring complete confidentiality.
Identify psychological concerns that may impact treatment outcomes and recommend appropriate interventions.
Stay updated on developments in fertility psychology and counselling practices.
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's Degree in Psychology (M.Sc. Psychology or equivalent).
Experience in counselling, healthcare, fertility, women's health, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic counselling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in psychological Practice.
