About the Role
Pearls IT Hub is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential leads.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
* Promote and effectively communicate company services to prospective customers.
* Manage sales enquiries, lead follow-ups, and client interactions.
* Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives and overall business growth.
Candidate Requirements
* 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage.
