Role Summary
We are looking for a BIM Architectural Designer with 1-3 years of experience, preferably with USA project exposure, to develop accurate Revit models and construction drawings. You will support design development, coordination, and documentation across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural BIM models using Revit
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
- Work on USA residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams
- Maintain BIM standards and file organization
- Create and manage Revit families
- Generate schedules and drawing sheets
- Support revisions and coordination tasks
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture
- Experience working on USA construction drawings
- Good understanding of architectural detailing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD workflows
- Familiarity with Navisworks coordination
- Basic Dynamo knowledge is an advantage
Qualification
Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) — Mandatory
Preferred:
- Knowledge of USA building documentation standards
- Experience with BIM workflows in international projects
