About the Role
Skyrocket IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and driven IT Sales Executives for our growing auto parts vertical. You'll be the voice of our brand to international customers, helping them find the right auto parts and closing sales over call.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with international (US-based) customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the right auto parts from our catalogue.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer details, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (US accent neutralization is a plus).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone) on-site at our Madhapur office.
- Basic computer knowledge — email, CRM, MS Office.
- Prior experience in international voice process, auto parts sales, or BPO sales preferred (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate.
