You'll have the opportunity to:

- Collaborate with business partners to grasp needs, convert priorities into technology roadmaps, and provide measurable business value.
- Evaluate and optimize technology investments to enhance business value by using strong engineering judgment to improve cost efficiency and operational excellence.
- Convey complex technical ideas clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Develop positive connections with US counterparts to enable seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by improving processes, growing agility, and enabling higher efficiency across teams.
- Build a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, continuous learning, and employee engagement.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions and identify innovation opportunities.
Qualifications:
Who You Are
A strong understanding of the US Retirement domain and a proven track record of leading large-scale technology operations.- Demonstrated ability to drive engineering optimization across multi-location, multi-skilled teams.
- Graduate in any field; a master’s degree in finance or technology, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- 18 to 23 years of technology experience, with at least 3 years involved in comparable role duties. However, years of experience will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated skill in establishing positive connections with business collaborators and US counterparts
