Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain/Operations Executive to manage shipment documentation and coordination for US logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding and international shipping processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process US shipment documentation
- Handle documents such as B/L, MBL, POD, ISF, and AES filings
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve documentation discrepancies
- Support end-to-end freight forwarding operations
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or documentation
- Knowledge of US shipment processes and documentation
- Familiarity with ISF and AES filings
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics software/systems
