Telecaller / Associate Relationship Officer (ARO) – Finance
Job Role:
- Contact customers by phone and explain loan/finance products.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and credit teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Telecalling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives (varies by company and experience).
