What You'll Learn - End-to-End Recruitment Process - Resume Screening & Shortlisting - Candidate Sourcing - Interview Scheduling & Coordination - HR Operations & Documentation - Employee Record Management - Google Workspace & Microsoft Excel - Communication & HR Management Skills Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. - Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Update HR records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. - Assist in onboarding and HR documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment activities. - Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports. - Ensure professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
