- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the team as well as subcontractors.
- Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety and budget specifications.
- To take measurement of the site.
- Arranging materials and equipment s for the current project.
- Material delivery follow up
- Verifying invoice with purchase order/delivery details
- Submission of invoices.
- Project budget calculation.
· A proper work handover must be completed within the deadline and approved by the customer.
· Communicate with customers and satisfy the customer needs
· Help the customer to make the right choice. (Window design, Glass, color etc.)
· Get the order confirmation copy signed by the customer.
· Attend the customer complaint and settle it.
· Ensure implementation of all appropriate health and safety standards Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
· Complete site inspections and audits
· Manage and direct all site activities
· Maintain quality control and safety regulations.
· Control and supervise site activities
· Manage and supervise the site workforce
· For the delivery time, Gain and maintain site access to public utilities
· Submit daily, weekly & monthly progress reports
· Complete required documentation
· Work in uPVC Fabrication Unit and support them.
· Survey the site after installation
