Job Description
A Sales Coordinator for Commercial Kitchen Equipment is responsible for supporting the sales and project team by handling customer coordination, quotation preparation, technical documentation, order processing, and project execution activities related to commercial kitchen solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients regarding commercial kitchen equipment inquiries, quotations, orders, and project updates.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Understand basic technical specifications and layouts of commercial kitchen equipment such as kitchen hoods, refrigeration units, burners, ovens, counters, and stainless-steel fabrication items.
- Coordinate with design, production, warehouse, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain project schedules, dispatch details, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up for approvals, advance payments, balance payments, and pending documents from clients.
- Support the sales team in tender submissions, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales data, customer records, and project status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material availability and delivery updates.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates regarding project progress and dispatch status.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of BOQ, technical specifications, and kitchen layouts
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and project coordination
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and client coordination skills
- Good follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation management
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Administration, or Technical field
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality projects, or manufacturing industry preferred
Pay: ₹11,447.61 - ₹23,499.00 per month
