About the Role
We are a Mumbai-based apparel manufacturing company with 55 years of experience in women’s ethnic and fusion wear. We are looking for a proactive candidate to connect with existing and potential clients, generate interest in our collections, and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to existing and potential clients via calls and WhatsApp
Introduce new collections, restocks, and seasonal launches
Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain daily follow-up and activity records in Google Sheets
Build strong client relationships and understand customer requirements
Execute outreach activities as per weekly targets
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Comfortable with client communication and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets
Self-motivated and organized
Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or fashion retail preferred

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
