Role Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers for customer verification, welcome call and service support, while updating all call outcomes accurately in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Do outbound calls for onboarding customers and for verifying customer information
- Handle inbound customer queries related to loans, repayments, and account status.
- Share payment details/QR codes via WhatsApp or SMS when required.
- Verify customer information and escalate fraud or discrepancy cases to the investigation team.
- Update call remarks, commitments, and outcomes in the system after every call.
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional conduct at all times.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior telecalling or call-center experience preferred (freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/portal systems.
- Ability to use/make updates on excel and google sheets
Working Hours:
- Mon to Sat (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
