Job Summary
TRK Floorings is looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to manage flooring projects at various client locations. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, labor coordination, client communication, project monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
- Visit project sites regularly and oversee flooring installation activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Labour Coordination
- Manage and coordinate labor teams at project sites.
- Ensure workforce availability as per project requirements.
- Track attendance and productivity of labor teams.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Provide project updates and address client concerns professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Monitoring
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
- Coordinate material requirements and site readiness.
- Report daily progress to management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, work updates, and project reports.
- Share site photographs and progress reports with management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, construction, interiors, flooring, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labor teams and handle client interactions.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Basic knowledge of flooring, construction, or interior works is preferred.
Mandatory Requirement
- Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license.
- Must be comfortable driving to project sites and client locations independently.
