About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive franchise sales and business development for Delhi Chai Café. You will identify potential investors, pitch our low-investment café model, and close franchise deals while supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets.
Build and maintain strong sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify prospective franchise partners, investors,entrepreneurs
Conduct product presentations, ROI discussions, and site feasibility visit.
Negotiate terms and close deals with support from Sales Manager
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain post-sales relationship till store launch
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and training teams for smooth onboarding
Build network with property dealers.
Track competitor activity and pricing in QSR/tea-café segment
5. Team & Reporting
Guide sales executives, monitor daily calls/meetings count
Update Report daily, submit weekly pipeline report to Sales Manager
Attend daily huddles and monthly review meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate. Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, franchise sales, real estate, or FMCG sales
- Skills: Strong communication in Hindi & English, negotiation, MS Excel, CRM tools
- Other: Own two-wheeler, willing to travel within Lucknow, target-oriented mindset.
