Location : Hyderabad , Telangana (Relocation required)
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to Hyderabad branch for manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement/purchasing.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
