Main Duties
- Maintain accounting records and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Supervise daily office operations
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Support HR activities like attendance and leave records
- Maintain vendor and service provider coordination
- Ensure office maintenance and facility management
- Monitor staff discipline and office policies
- Handle petty cash and administrative expenses
- Support management with reports and coordination
- Maintain budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Knowledge of accounting software such as TallyPrime
- Financial reporting knowledge
- Communication and documentation skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
