We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical problems, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot email clients and collaboration tools.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
