We are looking for an experienced and mature Operations Head to join our company and take responsibility for managing and overseeing our overall business operations. We are looking for a senior and experienced professional with strong leadership qualities, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage people and operations independently.
Experience: 15–25+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
- Manage production, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage operational teams effectively.
- Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective operational processes and systems.
- Handle operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Support the management in achieving business and operational objectives.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
