Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development within medium-to-large enterprise environments.
2. Strong expertise in building both Canvas Apps (responsive, component-based) and Model-Driven Apps (forms, views, business rules, command bar customization).
3. Proven experience in developing Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows with robust error/exception handling, logging, and retry strategies.
4. Strong understanding of Dataverse includes table/entity design, relationships, business rules, security roles, and field-level security.
5. Hands-on integration experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and SQL Server/Azure SQL using standard and custom connectors.
6. Exposure to Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) for designing and implementing conversational bots and AI-enhanced user experiences.
7. Familiarity with AI capabilities in Power Platform (AI Builder, Copilot in Power Apps/Power Automate) for intelligent automation and insights.
8. Knowledge of Power Platform governance including environment strategy, DLP policies, monitoring, and security/compliance best practices.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization and maintainability.
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps that meet business and technical requirements.
2. Build, optimize, and support Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows with robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
3. Architect and implement data models in Dataverse and other data sources, ensuring scalability, integrity, and security.
4. Implement integrations with SharePoint, Teams, SQL, and other systems using standard connectors, custom connectors, and APIs.
5. Leverage Copilot Studio and AI capabilities to build conversational bots and AI-enhanced features within Power Platform solutions.
6. Apply ALM best practices including solution management, environment strategy, and CI/CD pipelines for consistent deployments.
7. Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards across environments and solutions.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues in apps, flows, and integrations.
9. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and produce solution designs.
10. Document solution architecture, technical designs, and operational procedures for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
1. Experience with Power BI (datasets, reports, dashboards, and embedding in Power Apps or Teams).
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for advanced M365 integrations (Users/Groups, Mail, Calendar, Teams, SharePoint).
3. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and custom connectors for integrating with third-party and line-of-business systems.
4. Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900 or Azure certifications.
