We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will coordinate customer service requests and assign mechanics based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer requests and service queries
- Assign mechanics according to customer requirements
- Coordinate between customers and service team
- Ensure timely service assignment and resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer support or similar domain
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage customer requests efficiently
