Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to generate leads and convert them into customers for residential solar solutions. The candidate will regularly visit solar awareness camps, events, and promotional activities to interact with potential customers, explain the benefits of solar systems, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit solar camps, events, and promotional activities to generate customer leads.
- Meet prospective customers and explain residential solar solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into sales.
- Conduct site visits whenever required.
- Follow up with customers until the sale is closed.
- Maintain customer data and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates from any industry with strong field sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and customer interaction.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
