- Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective buyers using data generated from online platforms, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
- Test Ride Coordination: Convince potential customers over the phone to visit the Bellandur showroom for a product demonstration and book Ampere electric scooter test rides.
- Walk-in Engagement: Greet walk-in customers at the showroom with a welcoming attitude and assist the core sales team in managing the customer experience.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline with warm leads who visited the showroom and service center.
- Service & Delivery Coordination: Call existing Ampere owners for regular vehicle service reminders and manage customer satisfaction queries.
- Data Entry: Keep precise records of daily calls, customer feedback, and lead statuses in standard Excel sheets or the dealer management tool.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Relationship Executive(CRE), Front Desk Executive, or Inside Sales Agent (preferably in automotive, retail, or hospitality).
OR
- Education: Fresh graduates holding a BCA, B.Com, BBA, or any basic graduation degree who have excellent verbal communication skills.
Skills Required
- Languages: Strong command over Kannada and English is essential to handle local retailwalk-ins and phone calls. Knowing Hindi is a plus.
- Communication: Polite, friendly, and patient telephone manners. Ability to pitch productbenefits clearly without using complex technical jargon.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with everyday tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and handling basic lead management sheets.
