Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or related)
Experience: 1–3 years in Sheet Metal Bending
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC/NC bending machines according to production requirements.
- Read engineering drawings and bend schedules.
- Select and install appropriate punch and die tooling.
- Adjust machine parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Record production details and maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
