1. Handling Procurement process of CAPEX items Mould, Jigs & Fixtures for mould development.
2. Ensuring for complete Procurement to Pay (P2P) Cycle in SAP.
3. Handling vendors payments on time as per payment terms.
4. Resolve payment and invoicing issues of vendors if any.
5. Preparing Purchase Orders (PO).
6. Checking of Invoices.
7. Correspondence & follow- up with Transporter & Supplier Eway Bill & Insurance.
8. Preparation of monthly Purchase register.
9. Preparation of monthly delivery reports.
10. Preparation of Monthly Fund Record.
11. Resolve query regarding GST raised by accounts team with proper follow up with vendor.

Ø Excellent knowledge of excel, SAP
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
