Position: Stock & Billing Executive
Location: Durgapur
Industry: Eyewear / Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily stock management and inventory records
- Billing and invoice generation using Tally
- Maintain purchase, sales, and stock entries
- Prepare reports using Advanced Excel
- Use VLOOKUP and Pivot Table for data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with store and accounts team for stock reconciliation
- Maintain accuracy in billing and inventory documentation
Required Skills:
- Must have knowledge of Tally
- Must know Advanced Excel
- Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP & Pivot Table
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of stock handling and billing process
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in stock, billing, or accounts-related role
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience from retail / eyewear / FMCG / electronics background preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
