We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager with 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and marketplace partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide effective e-commerce solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Monitor account performance and suggest strategies to improve sales and visibility.
- Coordinate with catalog, operations, marketing, and account management teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and performance updates for clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high retention rates.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
