Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive project sales across residential, commercial, plotted developments, or mixed-use projects.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching and motivation.
Channel Partner & Client Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Expand channel partner networks to increase project reach and conversions.
- Handle high-value negotiations and closures with clients.
Business Development
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Build strategic alliances to support business growth.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure effective CRM usage and lead management.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding and closure processes.
Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience Required
- 10–18 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
