EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or any Graduate with relevant experience
- Diploma holders with strong tendering experience may also be considered

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts
- Experience in construction / EPC / infrastructure / industrial projects preferred
- Familiarity with government, PSU, and private tenders
Job Description / Roles & ResponsibilitiesTendering & Bidding
- Identify and track tender opportunities from portals (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement, client portals, etc.)
- Study tender documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings, and contract conditions
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids within deadlines
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, finance, procurement, and legal teams for bid inputs
Costing & Documentation
- Assist in cost estimation, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation
- Prepare pre-qualification (PQ) documents and compliance statements
- Ensure 100% compliance with tender requirements and checklists
- Maintain tender records, bid files, and version control
Post-Tender Activities
- Support negotiations and order finalization
- Assist in preparation of contract agreements / LOI / LOA
- Handover finalized tender documents to project execution team
Key Skills Required
- Good knowledge of tendering process & contract terms
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of costing, BOQ, and project execution
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
