Key Requirements:
* Prior experience in the building materials / marble / stone / interior / architectural products industry
* Good knowledge and network within the Tri-City region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) and nearby cities
* Ability and willingness to travel to surrounding regions for client meetings and project visits
* Strong understanding of:
* Premium residential projects
* Luxury villas & farmhouses
* Commercial projects
* Hospitality projects
* Builder and architect-driven projects
* Existing connections with:
* Architects
* Interior designers
* Builders & developers
* Contractors
* PMC consultants
* Ability to identify upcoming premium projects and generate quality leads
* Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
* Professional personality with confidence in dealing with high-end clientele
* Basic technical understanding of marble, stone, finishes, installation, and polishing solutions
* Capability to coordinate between clients, site teams, and management
* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
* Candidate should be trustworthy, disciplined, and long-term career-oriented
Preferred Qualities:
* Experience in luxury product sales
* Knowledge of imported marble and premium surface materials
* Understanding of site execution and finishing quality expectations
* Ability to represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and BNI/business forums
* Familiarity with CRM reporting and digital communication tools
Role Expectations:
* Generate business opportunities from premium residential and commercial segments
* Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and developers
* Conduct site visits and client meetings regularly
* Promote company expertise in fixing, polishing, and premium stone solutions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
