Key Responsibilities
Review PFDs, P&IDs, process datasheets, equipment datasheets, line lists, utility information, and project specifications.
Prepare and maintain the Instrument Index and I/O List, Instrument Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, Cable Block Diagram, and Interconnection Diagrams..
Prepare and review Instruments & Control valve Datasheets and Specifications Instrument Loop Diagrams and termination/wiring diagrams.
Prepare Instrument Hook-Up Drawings for pressure, temperature, flow, level instruments, control valves, and other field instruments.
Prepare and review Instrument Location Plans and instrument installation details.
Support flow-meter selection, control-valve sizing, orifice sizing, and other instrumentation calculations.
Develop and review Cause & Effect diagrams, Alarm & Trip schedules, and Interlock requirements.
Coordinate field instruments with DCS, PLC, and SIS systems.
Review DCS/PLC/SIS I/O requirements, marshalling, cabinet interfaces, and signal termination details.
Review vendor drawings, datasheets, calculations, certificates, wiring diagrams, and other vendor documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable ISA, IEC, API, ISO, ATEX/IECEx, NEC/NFPA, and client standards.
Review hazardous-area requirements including Zone classification, Ex d, Ex ia, Ex ib, Ex ic, gas groups, and temperature classes.
Resolve client and vendor comments and incorporate approved changes into engineering deliverables.

Work Experience
Experience in Instrumentation Design & Detail Engineering for projects in Oil & Gas, Power, and Process industries.
Experienced in developing and reviewing engineering deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
