Role Overview:
The Regional Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth within designated region- Karnataka.
Industries preferred:
- HVAC / Capital goods / Pumps /Heat Exchangers/ Cooling towers/ Industrial equipment’s
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA could be an advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of experience with 3-5yrs in a people leading role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 members to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and achievement of regional targets.
- To handle sales activities of all Products of Werner Finley which includes oil, coolant and water chillers for process cooling.
- To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka
- Develop and implement regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.
- To ensure high customer satisfaction with timely response on delivery of products and service
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
