Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 3–6 years in industrial B2B sales.
- Experience in Boiler, Steam Systems, Thermal Equipment, Burners, Industrial Heating Systems, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, or Process Equipment is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers across manufacturing industries.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote industrial boiler systems and energy-efficient heating solutions.
- Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide post-sales support.
- Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
