ABOUT US
Diwa Realty LLP is a second-generation real estate firm with a team of 9–10 people. We underwrite projects and take the sales and marketing rights for entire developments, and we also buy and sell our own inventory. Our current project is a 36-acre plotted township at Jagraon, with residential plots and commercial SCO units.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You do not need to come from real estate. If you have spent five to seven years closing deals face to face — in banking, insurance, automobiles, building materials, education admissions or distribution — you already have the skill that matters here. We will teach you the product. What we cannot teach is the ability to sit across from a customer and close.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle enquiries from our digital campaigns and walk-ins, and convert them into site visits
- Drive prospective customers from Ludhiana to the Jagraon site and conduct the visit yourself
- Present the project, handle objections on price, location and timeline, and close bookings
- Build a network of local brokers and channel partners around Ludhiana and Jagraon
- Follow through on booking paperwork, payment schedules and customer coordination
- Report daily: calls, visits fixed, visits done, bookings closed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5–7 years of hands-on sales experience with a record of closing, in any sector
- Real estate experience is an advantage but is genuinely not a requirement
- Own four-wheeler and valid driving licence — essential, as you will be driving customers to site
- Fluent Punjabi and Hindi; working English
- Based in Ludhiana or willing to work out of Ludhiana daily
- Presentable, patient, and comfortable spending half your week out of the office

- ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month fixed, paid on time
