- Pitch our recruitment services confidently and create interest among potential clients
- Handle high-volume daily outreach (calls, messages, follow-ups)
- Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team with decision-makers
- Follow up aggressively with prospects to maximize meeting conversions
- Maintain accurate data of leads, conversations, and progress
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for outreach and meetings
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with focus on performance
