Job Summary :
True Money Gold is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mortgage Jewellery Take Over Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring mortgage jewellery loan takeovers from customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving business growth through ethical sales practices and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach customers who have existing gold loans with banks, NBFCs, or other financial institutions.
- Explain the benefits of transferring their mortgage jewellery loan to True Money Gold.
- Generate new business through field visits, customer referrals, and local market development.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with the Gold Appraiser and branch team to ensure a smooth loan takeover process.
- Assist customers with documentation, loan transfer formalities, and KYC compliance.
- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct market surveys to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and daily business activities.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold the organization's values and reputation.
Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in gold loans, mortgage loan sales, banking, NBFCs, jewellery finance, or financial services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition and business development.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler and driving license is preferred.
