Job Title: Property Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the property, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient housekeeping operations, smooth utility management, and uninterrupted food service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high standard of guest service and handle guest relations throughout their stay.
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and property standards.
- Oversee the basic operation and maintenance of water, electrical, and other utility systems; coordinate repairs when required.
- Manage daily property operations and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
- In the absence of the Chef (annual leave or otherwise), coordinate with cooking assistants to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations and guest meal service.
- Address operational issues promptly and maintain a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, villa, or property management.
- Strong guest relations and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of water, electrical, and facility maintenance systems.
- Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities independently.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
